30.9.2010 The bike took part in "Otatarhan ajot", a competition for home made non motorized vehicles in Otaniemi. By far the fastest vehicle! Pictures from Tekniikka&Talous 12.5.2010 New photos and some videos have been taken in Otaniemi. 18.4.2010 The recumbent bike is now made ready for this years season. The rear braking wire has been changed to a longer one, so now it is no longer interfering with the steering. 23.8.2009 21:50 The bike is ready! It has been test driven about 20 km and works really well once one has learnt the technique. New pictures have been uploaded. 15.8.2009 21:45 New pictures have been uploaded. Unfortunately the quality of many of them is not so good, because they are just taken with an ordinary phone camera in poor lightning. 14.8.2009 22:15 The project has come quite far. The frame is welded and the seat is built. Many thanks to Rasmus for the welding. I still have to assemble all parts, or at least most of the parts, to be sure that they fit before it will be time for painting. Pictures will will be uploaded as soon as I get time for it. 24.7.2009 21:35 The donor bike is now bought and dismantled :) Left to do is to cut off some parts from the frame, and to grind off the paint from the parts that will be welded. 13.7.2009 12:30 To get proper dimensions for the seat I have built 1:1 models from cardboard that I have been able to test. After a lot of cutting and pasting I was finally satisfied with the fourth version. 9.7.2009 22:51 Now it's finally happened!
